Febuary & March: We will be meeting at the The Jack Phillips pub in Godalming High Street on Tuesday 7th Febrary and Tuesday 6th March. Use the Cycle Streets planner to get your own personal directions to the Jack Phillips
April: For the April meeting we will be meeting in the Friends Meeting House on Tuesday 3rd April. Here's the Cycle Streets link to the Friend meeting house so you can plan your route.
All meetings start about 7:45 and normally finish at 9:30, but feel free to join us at any time during the meeting. Everyone is welcome, so please come along and join us.
| Godalming Cycle Campaign is a small group who aim to encourage non-motorised forms of transport by promoting awareness of the bicycle. We believe that many people who would use a bicycle for journeys of up to a few miles are discouraged by the need to share narrow roads with fast motorised traffic, and we exist to put forward alternative transport strategies - as well as showing that bicycles are great fun. |
| We meet at various location in and around Godalming on the first Tuesday of every month at about 7.45 pm for two hours or so. If you're interested in promoting cycle use around Godalming, please come along. There's usually the temptation to visit a pub afterwards. |

| We're normally not very good at organising local rides, but we can suggest you have a look at the website of the Velo Club Godalming + Haslemere (VCGH), who organise a regular series of cycle rides with styles from easy to challenging. Also take a look at the local group of the CTC, the UK's national cyclists' organisation, who organise a series of rides on Sundays and Wednesdays. |
| You might also be interested in the Waverley Cycle Forum whose main role is to create the opportunity for communication between cyclists, local councillors and county engineers in Waverley. This is the local authority covering Cranleigh, Farnham, Godalming, Haslemere and the adjoining villages. |
